The Holland and Barrett Manufacturing Facility is based in Burton on Trent and specialises in the packing of:

• Fruit, Nuts, Seeds and Seasoning (FNSS) via Auger or Multiheads Weigh Systems
• Coating of Fruit and Nuts
• Bottling of Vitamins in both Glass and PET bottles
• Depositing of powders into Tubs or Pouches via Auger systems

We are able to handle large contracts whilst also being flexible enough to offer solutions for lower volumes for New Product Development and one off packs. We are a Grade “A” rated BRC site with Certifications to:

• Organics
• Halal - VHMS
• Kosha - VHMS
• Informed Sports – Powders
• MSC Chain of Custody

We work very closely with our internal supply chain in order to service all our stores in the retail sector both UK based, EU based and International franchise. We also support all our websites. We run a 133,000 square foot operation split into distinct production areas. Offering trained and dedicated associates, we pride ourselves on the flexibility within the operation and the high standards we set through training and in-house auditing of all areas.
 
We have the capability to pack in all areas 24/7 dependent upon demand and employ 170 associates and agency to complete this task.
