FMP offer contract manufacturing and packing services to the healthcare industry. The business operates a flexographic printing operation housed in a modern print suite for the printing of roll stock which includes medical grade materials. FMP print all of their materials for internal packing and offer an external print service to other healthcare contract packers.

The business operates with six cleanrooms which includes 4 x Class 100,000 and 2 x Class 10,000 environments. Pharmaceutical sachets, four side seal dressing packs and small fill bottles are manufactured in the Class 100,000 cleanroom with secondary packing being undertaken in the linked White Room Finishing departments. Biocide filling and packing is undertaken in the Class 1,000 cleanroom for trigger spray bottles and 5 litre containers. Blending is also manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom.

FMP undertake full formulation development, packaging design, Technical File construction and CE Marking services together with sterilisation management.
