Gourmet Classic Ltd

Gourmet Classic Ltd was created in 1998 to supply Cooking Wines & Spirits for the Food Service Industry. Having invested in our own manufacturing facility in Hampshire, we can now offer a professional, quality focused liquid blending and packing operation.

The site has a Smurfit Kappa 700 Bag-in-Box line that can handle 3lt, 5lt, 10lt and 20lt bag-in-box. The line is also equipped to handle the Pouch Up™ Barrel Bag, a new and exciting innovation in the flexible packaging market.

Our liquid processing capabilities include a 0.2micron crossflow filter, flash Pasteurisation and final absolute sterile filters. Our water is treated by Reverse Osmosis making it perfect as an ingredient to any blending or dilution activity.

We have an onsite analytical laboratory which can test for most liquid parameters especially those associated with the wine, cider, and brewing industries. Our New Product Development capabilities are outstanding and are available as part of our service offering.
