Mike Williams – a Pitch the Co-Packers Judge – is the co-founder and Managing Director of Flake Bake, which produces Jamaican Patties and with which he won Aldi’s Next Big Thing, starting him on the road to success and giving him the immediate problems of how to scale his business quickly to respond to the higher volumes required for retail.
His recent knowledge of the process makes him a great addition to the judging team. Mike is a leading entrepreneur and also won the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards in 2025.
