Applied Shrink Sleeving (Prism)
Applied Shrink Sleeving is a specialist division of Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd, backed by the operational strength of Spearpoint Security Group. We provide high-performance shrink sleeving and contract packing solutions to brands across the UK and Europe.
We operate two fully automated steam shrink sleeving lines, each capable of processing up to 250 containers per minute (15,000 per hour) with precision steam control. Our lines are equipped with tooling for 150ml, 250ml, 330ml, 440ml, and 500ml cans, and can apply sleeves to a wide variety of glass, PET, and custom-shaped containers.
We are proud to offer the UK’s first undertuck sleeving system, allowing sleeves to be tucked under the base of containers for a seamless, fully printed appearance. This eliminates common issues such as lifting or “smiling”, making it ideal for both glass and PET bottles.
To support our operations, we utilise Nulogy, a bespoke co-packing software platform that provides:
- Real-time performance tracking
- Live stock and batch control
- Full traceability across all production stages
This system enables us to generate recall and traceability reports within minutes, supporting strict quality assurance standards and client peace of mind.
