A British Retail Consortium grade A accredited contract packer with over a decade’s experience in packaging gift packs, confectionery, alcohol, ration packs, POS displays, re-working etc.

Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, conveniently situated for the M11/A14/A1 trunk route and container shipments from Felixstowe docks.

The modern site has 24 hour surveillance, with high spec security cameras and has HMRC Bonded Warehouse status.

Premises span 30K sq. ft of production area, with 12 conveyor lines for hand packing and three flow wrapping machines. An air conditioned Special Care room holds two fully automated bottling lines (giving the capability to fill 10ml to 1000ml in glass or plastic) and two lines for hand packing naked product. There is also a multihead weigher & bagging line. Recent projects include liquid filling spirits, edible oils, and flavours & colours for the Home Baking Category, as well as bagging sugars, sweets and chocolate.

100K sq. ft of warehousing with both racked and bulk storage, ensure ample capacity to produce over 20M gift packs per year, converting many thousands of components via the computerised stock control system, using EDI scanning.

Beams Packaging are SEDEX (ethical trading) registered and organically accredited with The Soil Association, and regularly audited by major retailers.
