BTSL is a Yorkshire based Company who work to GMP standards.  Specialising in formulating, manufacturing and packing human healthcare, personal care and hygiene related products. In addition, we manufacture and pack a range of pet care products for companion animals.

BTSL has a capacity to undertake small to medium sized specialist contract manufacturing projects with typical minimum order quantities of between 1,000 – 50,000 units per run.

BTSL welcomes small business start-up brands as we can assist with every aspect of the new brand launch from ingredient sourcing, formulations and packaging.  BTSL will work with you to ensure that the product and packaging meet the needs of your target market.

BTSL certifications include ISO 13485-2016 and ISO 9001-2015.

Filling and packaging specialising in the following sectors

• Tube filling (aluminium, plastic or laminated) - range from 0.5ml to 200ml
• Sachet filling – range from 0.3ml to 50ml
• Liquid filling - typically from 20ml to 1ltr
• Powder filling small to medium capacity - 20grams to 250 grams
• Some flammable products can also be catered for
• Hot filling pots, jars or tubes 

Product formats handled include gels, pastes, lotions, creams and liquids.

Current client sectors include hospitals (NHS and private), dentistry (via wholesalers), medical wholesalers and veterinary product distributors. In addition we manufacture and pack for brand holders supplying the retail and wholesale pet care sector, personal care and hygiene products for people via distributors. More recently we are producing in bulk for companies supplying products online/internet sales.

Quality control is carried out in our own laboratory and some R & D and formulation work is also undertaken.
