Established in 1980, Expac have 40 years of industry experience supporting brands in the formulation and manufacturing of globally recognised products. The company is BRC, Soil Association (Cosmos Organic, Cosmos Natural) and Sedex/SMETA approved. Additionally Expac are ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified.

With a reputation for flexibility, quality and outstanding service, Expac has the capability to produce a wide range of toiletry, cosmetic and household products across powders, surfactants, emulsions, gels, salts, balms, waxes, oils and alcohol-based formulations. Our product portfolio includes Hand Wash, Hand Sanitiser, Cleaning Products & Personal Care products to name just a few.

Expac have 80,000 sq ft manufacturing and warehouse facilities across 2 sites and have multiple production lines which can produce from 10ml to 5 litres, in a wide range of packaging formats such as; bottles, tubes, jars, jerricans and pouches. Additionally, with our hand assembly area and gift packing lines, Expac has a solution to all your contract packing requirements.
