The company specialises in the manufacture and packaging of oral solid dose products providing a wide range of manufacturing, filling, and packaging services including:

• Granulation
• Powder blending, including effervescent powders and moisture sensitive
• Tableting, all shapes and sizes, including effervescent tablets and moisture sensitive
• Encapsulation of hard gelatin capsules
• Sachet filling, including effervescent powders and moisture sensitive
• Blister packing, state of the art online security systems, all film and foils can be accommodated PVC, PVDC, AL/AL, PET etc.
• Cartoning, automated and hand cartoning
• Bulk filling of tablets and powders
• Tube filling and labelling
• Hand packing of medical devices, diagnostic kit assembly and complex presentations
• Rework of existing packaging, labelling, overcoding facilities, shrink wrapping
• In house QC Inspection, testing of products
• Stability storage (ICH storage facilities) and testing
• Low humidity production facilities
• QP facilities
• Sourcing of API’s, excipients and packaging components for contract customers providing a fully integrated supply chain

All activities undertaken within MHRA licensed premises; license approval extends to provide importation of medicines into the UK.

The company has significant knowledge and experience of handling products throughout their life cycle including formulation and process development, technical transfer, validation activities through to commercial supply.
