With over 27 years’ experience, Lockwood Packaging specialise in every aspect of the Blister Packing process from design and manufacture of the Vacuum Formings to complete Turn-Key Contract Packing and Re-Working of existing products.

Lockwood have been developing fibre formed products, the design and manufacture of fibre tooling for over 3 years.

We manufacture our own shuttle and rotary sealing machines and import Algus blister packing machines and Hamer machines.  

We have our CAD design and tool manufacturing factory in Bridgwater, manufacture the vacuum formings at Focal Plastics near Chelmsford and contract pack at Lockwood in Hadleigh, Suffolk

Our Complete Fulfilment Service offers customers the ability to send in their product which we hold in stock, and working to your call-off requirements, we convert into retail blister packs, boxed and palletised for despatch to any destination. Alternatively existing packed products can be sent in for re-working, where we break down the products and recycle the waste, re-assemble with new packaging, box up and palletise.
