Place UK are a soft fruit grower and packer, IQF manufacturer and food processor. We are a family run business and were established in 1954.

We operate 3 factories: Our fresh fruit packhouse, our IQF frozen fruit packing factory and our IQF and food processing factory.

Our fresh fruit packhouse is largely a seasonal operation which gives extensive scope between October and April for contract packing of chilled or ambient products. The ambient packing area is over 500 square metres and chilled storage totals 600 square metres. Access to labour is relatively straight forward as we are a GLA registered provider with our own accommodation on site.

With an established reputation for co-manufacturing IQF fruit, pulses and pasta for our customer base, we have been co-packing for many years and this sits alongside our current IQF productions.

All manufacturing and co-packing takes place on our site which sits on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Our factory has the highest accreditation available from the British Retail Consortium – we were recently awarded AA+ for the 4th year running at our unannounced audit across the site.
