Founded in East Sussex in 2007, Independent Toiletries Ltd, trading as Poppypac, is a privately-owned manufacturer serving the Personal Care, Beauty, Health, and Nutrition markets. Poppypac offers a full-service product development and manufacturing solution, including hard-shell capsule formulation, filling, and packaging.

With in-house development and production facilities, the company produces a wide range of toiletries and cosmetic products such as creams, gels, lotions, pastes, and powders, in various packaging formats including tubes, jars, and bottles, ranging from 5ml to 5 litres. We also offer a selection of hard-shell capsule sizes for the Health and Nutrition sector. Additionally, Poppypac provides cello-wrapping, kit assembly, and packaging for UK, European, and US retailers.

Poppypac is certified by the Organic Food Federation, enabling it to produce organic products in both the Personal Care and Health sectors. The company is also ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. It prides itself on fostering long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, offering support for both small and large production runs.

In addition to manufacturing, Poppypac Logistics, a division of Poppyac, specialises in services such as pallet storage, fulfilment, repackaging, and container devanning. The team brings extensive expertise across transportation, storage, and fulfilment and is equipped with an ERP system, providing full traceability to ensure client confidence. The warehouse is clean and secure and designed to handle items of all types, sizes, and values.
