Based in Telford Shropshire, Portion Solutions is the UK’s leading specialist portion packer. Our team have many years’ experience packing both wet and dry products. We work with some of the UK’s leading brands to deliver a quality product often to exacting specifications. We have the ability to pack free-flowing dry products in sizes varying from below 0.5g up to 2 kg and wet products from circa 5ml up to 100ml. We can pump a wide range of viscosities and are always prepared to modify and invest in our equipment to ensure we can supply our customers’ requirements.
We also have the equipment to pack In Cup where smaller personalised volumes are not an issue and we work in partnership with some of the UK’s biggest consumer brands in this area.
Packing bespoke wet wipes is another area with a wide range of tissue specifications and the ability to either source liquid or pack a customer’s own specific blend. We also have a new hand sanitising range in stick & sachet formats and hygienic hand wipes.
We are very happy to enter into long term partnerships where we either jointly invest in equipment or indeed operate our customers equipment on their behalf.
